• Formats: Note whether you need vertical video, photography, edited Stories sequences, short clips, behind-the-scenes coverage, or a combined photo and video package. Include any platform-specific requirements you already know.
• Timeline: Share your preferred shoot date, launch date, review window, and final delivery deadline. If timing is flexible, a general month or date range is helpful.
• Budget range: Provide a working range so we can suggest a realistic production scope, crew setup, shoot length, and set of deliverables without overbuilding the project.
• Locations: List the city and likely filming environments, including offices, retail spaces, studios, event venues, or outdoor locations. Mention whether access or filming permission has already been arranged.

Helpful extras include brand guidelines, visual references, an estimated number of deliverables, and any people or products that need to appear on camera. Please avoid sending sensitive account credentials or confidential customer information.
