Last updated: October 27, 2026

Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to https://clipmora.site and your purchase or use of services offered by Clip Mora Films Inc., a Washington corporation operating under the brand Clip Mora Films. By using our website, requesting a quote, approving a project, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.

Services

Clip Mora Films provides film, video production, editing, post-production, and related creative services. The specific scope, schedule, deliverables, revision process, and production requirements for each engagement will be described in a written quote, proposal, order, or other project agreement. We may use qualified contractors or service providers to assist with production while remaining responsible for our contractual obligations.

Quotes & Payment

Quotes are based on the information available when issued and remain subject to the stated scope and validity period. Additional work, revisions, expenses, locations, personnel, licensing, or schedule changes may require written approval and additional payment. Payment terms, deposits, milestones, and accepted payment methods will be identified in the applicable project documents. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables may be withheld until all amounts due are paid.

Client Materials & Usage Rights

You may provide footage, images, music, trademarks, scripts, personal information, or other materials for a project. You retain ownership of your materials and grant Clip Mora Films a limited license to copy, edit, display, transmit, and otherwise use them as reasonably necessary to perform the services. You represent that you have all permissions and releases required for that use. Any rights granted in completed deliverables are defined by the applicable project agreement and become effective after full payment.

Intellectual Property

Clip Mora Films retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, production methods, templates, software, project files, concepts, and general creative know-how. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, unused concepts, raw footage, working files, and intermediate materials are not included in the final deliverables or transferred to the client.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our website or services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, interfere with website security, or create unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or abusive content. We may reject, suspend, or terminate a request or project that presents legal, safety, reputational, or operational concerns.

We provide the website on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clip Mora Films disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clip Mora Films Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses arising from delays, unavailable materials, data loss, or third-party platforms. Our total liability arising from a project will not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
