Our Process
From first call to final delivery
A clear, collaborative production process keeps your Stories-format content focused, efficient, and ready for the moments that matter. Here is how a typical Clip Mora Films project moves from idea to finished files.

Step by Step
- 01
Discovery call
We begin with a conversation about your brand, audience, campaign goals, platforms, schedule, and available locations. For Behind-the-Scenes Content, Launch Countdowns, Stories Campaigns, or Photo & Video Packs, we identify the formats and coverage that fit the project. This stage typically takes one to two business days.
- 02
Scope and creative direction
Next, we organize the deliverables, visual direction, production needs, and timeline. Depending on the project, this may include a concise concept, shot list, Stories sequence, interview prompts, or posting rhythm. Most scopes are developed within two to four business days after discovery.
- 03
Pre-production
Once the direction is approved, we confirm the shoot plan: date, location, schedule, subjects, props, access, and brand materials. We also flag anything your team should prepare. Pre-production commonly takes three to seven business days, with more time reserved for multi-location or campaign work.

- 04
Production day
Our crew captures the planned footage and photography while staying alert for natural behind-the-scenes moments. A focused Stories shoot may take a few hours; broader content packs often require a full production day.
- 05
Editing and review
We select the strongest material, edit for vertical viewing, refine pacing and color, and prepare the agreed formats. A first review is typically available within five to ten business days. Your project scope will explain the review process and included revision round.
- 06
Final delivery
After approved revisions, we export and organize the final files for straightforward use by your brand or social team. Delivery timing varies by volume, but most projects are completed within one to three weeks of the shoot.
Timelines are typical estimates and may change with project complexity, scheduling, feedback, or location requirements.
